Guilty! Even despite not being on social media platforms (except substack), I roll over and check my texts, emails etc.
What about a phone zone that's out of reach from the bedside? Or out of the room all together? Seems like a decent idea to me.
The use of our phones has become a real addiction for many people, to their detriment!
We said the same things about TV, too. We have to learn how to manage every new technology but it takes more effort as the technology gets more sophisticated and interactive! Thanks for taking the time to comment!
